Do you offer refunds?
- Where tickets are purchased for a specific train, we advise all visitors to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their booked departure. No refunds are given for missed trains. We will endeavour to find seats on a later departure, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- If you are unable to travel (for example, because of illness), you must notify us in writing, by email, at least 24 hours in advance. We can either rebook you on a different date, or issue a refund minus a £7.50 administration charge.
- No refunds are available if you notify us less than 24 hours in advance.
- Refunds and alterations will be made at the discretion of The Isle of Wight Steam Railway and will be subject to an administration charge of £7.50.
