Please see our Opening Times page, which shows the days that we are open and running trains. On these days our booking office opens at 09:45, and the station is open until 5pm.

Havenstreet station generally isn’t open to the public on days when we are not running trains, and we use this time to maintain our locomotives, carriages and track.
