We work hard to keep our site clean and tidy, this came across well on the recent Channel 4 ‘Great Rail Restorations’ programme with Peter Snow. A great team of enthusiastic volunteer gardeners have got Havenstreet and Wootton stations looking lovely with planters and hanging baskets in full bloom.
We have now entered Havenstreet station for the Red Funnel sponsored Wight in Bloom competition in two categories – Best Large Tourist Attraction and Best Commercial Garden.
