Each year we welcome many hundreds of groups to the railway. We know how important it is for group organisers to provide a quality service and good value-for-money as part of their holiday packages and day-tours. We offer generous group discounts, available for pre-booked parties and we pride ourselves on offering great packages that will enthral visitors of all ages.

- Group tickets include one return journey along the full length of the line, plus all the
attractions at Havenstreet station - Group Saver Ticket: save money by travelling on our late afternoon train (arrive early to see our bird of prey display and visit Train Story)
- Cream Tea & Train: a delicious tea with scones, jam and cream, followed by a train journey on our late afternoon train
Booking is easy – just reserve the seats you want, then confirm final numbers a few days before your visit. All groups enjoy, reserved compartments on the train, free coach parking at Havenstreet, and a free ticket for your coach driver.
We’d recommend allowing 3 to 4 hours for your visit, including a journey on the train.
Guided Tours
Join one of our knowledgeable guides for a tour of Havenstreet station. They’ll tell you about the history of the railway and give you an insight into how we restore our historic carriages and locomotives. Duration approx 45 minutes, price £2.50 per person.

INFORMATION FOR GROUP ORGANISERS
When travelling to the railway we’d recommend using the road which approaches the station from the west, rather than driving through Havenstreet village.
Please arrive at least 30-40 minutes before your booked train. One of our team will be on hand to meet you and give a brief introduction to the railway.
